Yes Ann it does. It was made like that. They brought the first few shows out into a movie and then it became a series on Family Channel. The only way to see the rest is to get the TV Series of Flight 29 Down.
They made a total of 26 episodes.
If you can find the tv series you'd have the rest, but I'm not even sure where to find those. I've checked a couple of forums already. I'll let you know if I do find them though. :)
